We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours
Standard shipping applies to all orders. We use Royal Mail 2nd class and aim to have your parcel with you in 2-4 days from date of order.

If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund provided that the product(s) are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging. If they are not in their original packaging or another suitable box we will not be able to refund you as they will be unsellable.
Please send an email prior to returning any item, stating your invoice number and the reason for return to email@example.com
Customers are responsible for the postage of returns. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage certificate. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
We are unable to exchange products. If you wish to choose a different item, please follow the RETURNS process above and then place a new order for your preferred item.
If a product is faulty on receipt, please notify us as soon as possible via email firstname.lastname@example.org and within 2 working days.
